CASE Space School is a UC approved international study program


CASE Space School Programs are University of California (UC) approved as recognized College Preparatory courses in the USA.  UC Approval demonstrates these courses are of high academic standard to prepare students for university-level studies.  It ensures that CASE Space School graduates are identified by leading universities as high achieving, university-ready students.

In the competitive landscape of university applications both domestically and internationally, students who complete CASE Space School Programs will differentiate themselves from other applicants.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award is a youth development program that empowers young people to explore their potential and learn important life skills. As an established provider of International Study Programs, Actura is proud to offer CASE Space School as a way for participants to complete sections of their Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.

The California Association for STEAM Education is a non-profit organization. Headquartered in Cupertino, California. CASE was established by educators, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs to advocate excellence in STEAM education through the development and implementation of innovative in-classroom curriculum and extra-curricular education programs.

CASE Space School International Study Program

 

The CASE Space School offers two distinctly unique programs, CASE Junior Space School and CASE Senior Space School.

The CASE Senior Space School is structured to grow leadership, creativity, high-level management, and critical thinking skills; enabling students with the tools to excel in their future careers.

The CASE Junior Space School, for students in years 8, 9 and 10 develops curiosity and interest within the STEAM fields. Training for young explorers in an immersive environment, empowering students to pursue their subjects with passion. 

CASE Senior Space School

Management training for young leaders. Students spend two weeks in Houston, San Francisco and Silicon Valley with incredible access to NASA and innovative technology organisations. They tour NASA and cutting-edge tech start-ups, engage directly with NASA experts to design and plan their own space mission, and apply business management skills in team entrepreneurship training to inspire their innovative futures.

An immersive, experiential program that hones individual leadership, project management and communication skills, while building personal skills and lifelong friendships.

In an engaging hands-on adventure, students learn about the development of space-related technology and are lead through several simulated missions where they must work together to overcome challenges and adversity.
