FlipRobot Warranty Terms and Conditions

This warranty policy is part replacement only, and covering the following scope:

Product Category Warranty Period
FlipRobot E300/E310 Starter Kit 12 Months
FlipRobot Extension Kits 12 Months
Spare Parts & Accessories 12 Months
  • from when the end user receives the delivered FlipRobot product.
  • with respect to any defective product, Actura will provide free of charge replacement part with the same or equivalent performance.
  • free shipping cost for any part replacement.

This warranty policy does not cover:

  • any damage caused by any failure of the product due to not matching national standards in the operating environment, including but not limited to overvoltage, overcurrent, lightning, extreme temperature, extreme humidity, vibration.
  • any damage caused by external causes such as earthquake, fire.
  • any damage caused by unexpected factors or human behaviours damage the products, such as liquid contact, abuse, oxidation, rust.
  • any damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions to install, use, maintain, store the product.
  • any damage caused by unauthorized modification, decomposition, and assembly of the product.
  • any damage caused by transportation or storage when the purchaser ships the product back to Actura.
  • any damage caused by including but not limited to other non-design, technical, manufacture, quality issues.
  • warranty issued by an authorized Channel Partner. In order to receive any benefits from the Channel Partner’s warranty and/or other policies, please keep any documents obtained during the purchase from the Channel Partner.
  • the product outside of the replacement and warranty period mentioned above.
  • FlipRobot products that were sold by unauthorized Channel Partners.

How to claim your warranty

When you cannot contact Channel Partner you purchased your FlipRobot from, please contact Actura support team with the following contact details.
